The Jagiellonian University Disability Support Unit is located in the Collegium Paderevianum II building at 9a, Mickiewicza Avenue in Krakow.

There are two lifts in the building which allow you to get to the Service offices without any problems. All persons who visit us for the first time are welcome to come to the fourth floor, room 410, located in the right wing of the building. This is the first door on the right.

Our educational advisors can be contacted directly in the Service office when justified, but in the current epidemic situation we recommend that you primarily contact us by phone, email or via the Teams app and Dorada chat.

It is also possible to communicate in sign language, with prior notification.

The JU DSS is open Monday to Friday from 7.30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Secretariat’s phone number is 12 663 43 40. All contact details can be found on our website www.don.uj.edu.pl under Contact.

Consultations for students take place on working days - Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays - from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and on Fridays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesdays are internal days.
